Do you update your products regularly?

Yes. We update our records once or twice a year.

How are the databases compiled?

Our data is constructed on opt-in bases where we have granted permission from users and their consent using industry standard requirement. We compile and update our data through our Network partners (Business of telemarketing, regional and sectoral portals) and 7000 Yellow Page and Business White Page Directories, Trade Associations , Leading business magazines, newspapers and company newsletters. We also have over 1000 ( and increasing ) websites on the Internet which collect emails via newsletters, subscription sign ups & surveys. Once we compile we send test mail to the entire list and take all bounce backs out of the list. However, over a period of time there may be 10% to 20% bounce back observed. This is quite normal in email marketing practice.

Can I send out any offer or product to the email databases?

Yes! You can offer / promote your business products and services. To comply with the CAN-SPAM act, all you need to do is offer the recipient the option to unsubscribe.

How many purchasing options I do have?

You have multiple options to order/purchase our products.

Can I order by phone?

No, the order has to be placed on our website regardless of the payment method.

Can I return a product after purchase?

Please Once the product is purchased and sent to you, we can not refund the amount due to electronic format of our products. Therefore, please make sure that you are satisfied for the product you are going to purchase.

Can I send a copy of the product as a gift?

The purchased product can not be gifted to another user because by virtue of license, you are authorized to use one (1) copy on one PC only.
